Program Description
The ETPathfinder Smart Skills Lab is an Interreg Vlaanderen–Nederland project that supports SME’s/KMO’s that want to grow their workforce’s technical capabilities. Its goal is to translate cutting-edge research and technology from ETpathfinder into practical skills and applications for the regional high-tech industry. Through a network of ET Technology Experts, the project develops training programs, workshops, and digital learning modules.
Opportunities for companies
- Join training modules and workshops in areas like photonics, precision mechanics, robotics, vacuum systems, and cryogenics.
- Collaborate directly with ETPathfinders’ partner universities and experts from UM, KU Leuven, RWTH Aachen, TU/e, and others.
- Participate at no cost – activities are funded through the project (no SME co-financing required).
